King Of the Hill
2 Days of head up racing!! What can be better? 2wd Day one and 4wd Day two. Two 4 minute qualifiers and your best 3 consecutive laps count which sets your starting grid. Odd Qualifiers moved back and Evens moved forward to mix up starting positions. All 5 Rounds of finals counted for points, no dropped rounds making it VERY important to be consistent and certainly not break your car!
Of course the racing was super intense but also clean due to no one wanting a lap penalty for bad driving or a takeout. The track was PRIME!!!! Grooved up and at some parts of the weekend slicks were the faster tyre!! This event was the perfect warmup for the State Titles in 3 weeks.
