Race report by Paul Ciccarello
The first race of the year at the Tiltyard is over. The track was great, it was super challenging and you need to have full concentration to log consistent fast laps! With that said Saturday I was not driving at my best. My focus level was at an all time low when I needed it to be at an all time high. I had good speed but my consistency was terrible but I was still able to qualify 4th in ebuggy and 6th in nitro.

I knew for main day I needed to get my act together so I made sure I went to sleep early and when I woke up ate shortly after. The result was I drove a ton better in my mains but had some unfortunate luck in nitro with a bad throttle servo and couldn't finish. In ebuggy I got to 3rd pretty quick and logged some really good laps and stayed there the whole race.

All in all, it was a super fun weekend and I can't wait to go back later this summer. Teammates Ethan Mackanick took 2nd in both classes while Austin Woodyard took the win in Nitro Truggy! Thanks to Will Walker for letting me stay in his camper, and Gaven and Adam for the help in the pits and pitting.
