On Road Racing is back.
Turkey On-Road Championship (TORC) 2021 Opening race has been held at Efmod- Izmir Track. After long break; one time had postponed race due to Covid-measures. Season has started with racers thirsty for racing.
Definitely, at this complex structure of life, eager and motivation for racing is very difficult; worldwide virus problem that changed status of country in every minutes. Thanks to organizers, Efmod Track Management and especially big applause to Racers and supporting hobby shops that they stand behind event.
Organization decided to keep three popular sections as 1/10 GP, 1/10 EP Stock and 1/10 EP Modified active.
Racing back with delay but this motivated almost everybody for better performance. Timesheet was proof that competition how hard.

1/10 EP Stock: Ali Kaya put very solid race line and star of the weekend. Last year defending champion 15years old Poyraz Serezlioglu in second place and Mert Cakmak returned to race after covid-break last season by filling third place.

At 1/10 GP: It was like thriller movie, most competitive qualification ever seen for last decade, winner is Alain Sarafyan, 2nd place Mert Koroglu and defending champion Utku Kizildag hold for podium 3rd place.
Last Section 1/10 EP Modified; Atahan Yildiz former 3 year Champion is still on form and win the first race. Poyraz Serezlioglu 2nd place and Burak Ozcan, transferred from stock category to modified, took 3rd place of the podium.
