Q: With fitting a pulley set please could you tell me where a gear ratio chart could be found or a equasion to work out myself.

Q: I've a Xray T1 and i was wondering if this option part does fit. |
A: The #305550 Low Ratio Pulley Set will indeed fit on your older XRAY T1. The new diff pulleys (32T) and layshaft pulleys (18T) were designed so that front and rear belt tension will remain the same as when using the original pulleys (34T and 16T).
Note that to install the #305550 Low Ratio Pulley Set, you will also need to use a solid central layshaft such as the optional #305502 Solid Alu Central Layshaft Set. You cannot use the T1's original central layshaft, which has one of the gears on a one-way bearing. |
